Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at gekufit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. To request an exchange, please contact us with clear photos of the issue and your order details.

We ship worldwide, and estimated delivery times vary by region:

- Asia (China, Japan, South Korea, etc.): 10-18 business days
- Middle East & Africa: 15-30 business days
- South America: 15-30 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or high-demand periods. If there is a delay, we will notify and explain it separately.
Shipping Restrictions
